The Myers Park IB program brings together over 800 highly motivated students with unusual combinations of cultural backgrounds, interest, skills and talents. Of course, our first concern is intellectual growth; the IB curriculum is designed to provide educational depth as well as intellectual breadth.  However, all IB students are challenged to embrace the total educational experience, not just the classroom.

Our motto, "empowering people to change the world" is visible in all of our initiatives.  Through corporate level seminars and real-world social change projects, our students both "prepare for" and "practice" greatness.  The practical training, coupled with the IB curriculum, is one of the reasons our graduates are sought after by colleges and universities.

It can be said that the quality of an educational program can be measured by the success of its graduates.  The Myers Park IB experience enhances our students' opportunities for success at school, in college or university and in their future careers.  Our graduates are currently pursuing diverse career choices in medicine, law, engineering, environmental policy, international business, economics, politics, theater, film, education, psychology,/psychiatry, and art.
